Course Guides
As the Anti-Racism Pedagogy Project architect, Jamilah led a team that developed course guides that integrated educational videos on race and belonging in Canada into syllabi. These guides transform real-life stories into learning materials with discussion questions, assignments, and supplemental readings suitable for STEM and the Humanities. They equip instructors to facilitate meaningful conversations about racial injustice and critically unpack the complex themes of systemic racism in a safe and engaging way.

The Decolonial HUB
The Decolonial Perspectives & Practices HUB, founded by Jamilah in 2019, is a vibrant space for exploring and promoting decolonial thought and practices. It challenges narratives and fosters critical discussions around social justice, equity, and cultural representation. The HUB brings together diverse voices, encouraging collaboration, education, and the sharing of resources to empower communities and inspire transformative change. It seeks to cultivate a deeper understanding of decolonial perspectives in various contexts through workshops, events, and outreach.
